Knee rehab is so important. Do gentle weights with 20 second holds. Do horse stances. Go slow. I couldnt walk for 10 years from injury. Now i walk and run. Keep up good work @TuDodx

Junior is such a legend and one of the absolute GOATs. It's sad that politics and petty favouritism in the judging caused him to be robbed of some decisions through the years but he always put 300% out there.
could've been in the jury for sure but then he couldn't vote for any french bboy or people would call biais but if its to compete, like the dude must be 45 now, too old to compete at top level even in his prime he was kind of gimmicky tbh no hate to him, i actually only have respect for him, met him multiple time he's also a super chill guy but let's be real here

I only see people with no legs have that kind of hand strength. I'm pretty sure his right leg is prosthetic by the moves and way he walks. He always lands or press off the left and the he holds the right one when he does the weird angle spins. All of this is still crazy impressive. A rare talent hats off.
I really said that like I discovered something many didn't realize lol. I actually watched a battle of his against tight eyes. No secret that he's disabled. I feel like a bozo

Thats some strength to pull them ,almost horizontal moves out. And frequent in the routine. What puzzles me is why wasnt he in the other 15/20 vids i watched showing powermoves?
