Hi Carrie, I am Anthony from New York. I have to say you inspired me to go snowboarding. Due to this uncertain times with Covid 19 virus, we New Yorkers are stock at home. After watching you on TH-cam, I decided to get a snowboard, get a Rooftop tent and head North to Vermont to find awsome powder to get out of this rut. I found out that there are many classical ski towns in Vermont and thanks to you that I am on my way to explore them. I am a novice and will need a coach, will love to have you coach me if you are ever plan to come to the east coast of United States. If I can go to Neseko Japan, I will definately be honor to be your student...SKI ON~~~

Carrie您好，影片中有提到在做toe side的時候腳要往鞋子壓(膝蓋彎曲)，這樣滑完一整天脛骨會痛是正常的嗎?
脛骨痛是因為鞋子壓到的痛嗎？請問您穿什麼樣的襪子滑雪呢？
@@CarrieJapan 我是穿長羊毛襪滑雪，長度大概是腳踝以上12公分。不確定是鞋子太小還是姿勢錯誤，後來有跟租雪具的店員反應想換鞋子，但鞋子已經是最大的size(記得是25)，只能幫我換軟一點的。換完有好一點，但滑了兩個小時後又開始痛了orz......
嗯...我沒看到實際的情況，很難判斷真正的原因。如果每一次滑都這樣的話，建議還是找一位教練來幫你找出原因，不然滑雪這麼好玩，卻因為腳痛無法繼續，多可惜呀！
