    I followed Kimberly's plan for a year. I lost 45 pounds and didn't get sick once. I've never felt better. Over the summer I fell off due to personal circumstances. I've gained back 15 pounds, my skin is a mess, and I've been getting sinus infection s, ear infections, and horrible migraines. Time to recommit!!! And FYI, I've been vegan for 10 years and still am- so it's not animal products making me sick.

    Wow, people are incredibly critical on here. Kudos to you for putting this information out there. I love the idea of making extra kale salad for dinner and then having it for lunch! Thanks for posting. We've tried making our own kefir which was kind of fun but we have been VERY unlucky with making the sauerkraut.

    What do you think about coconut bread? Just coconut flour, water, salt. I think it's a great grain free food, you??

    isn't raw kale bad for your thyroid! I've read it can give you an unsightly goiter!

    I wanted to see everything in your fridge. You left a lot of things out. Please redo video to include everything in your refrigerator and freezer.

    gluten free? serious? she actually has the enzime to digest gluten, she just do that because of having no idea
