Only 40% ... Option was there in this exam question. So I reckon the answer given in the video is correct one.

In the exam, There is no option in the answer list as " The backup option can be changed later to enable backups." So I go with as per this video.

Regarding client subnet it said 2 IP addrss for 1 nodes so for 4 nodes we need 8 IP + 3 scan + 3 reserve which in total 14 address how it become 18
(3 addresses * 4 nodes) + 3 for SCANs + 3 reserved in subnet = 18
