Until the appearance of Sri M🌺🙏🏼 I had been wary of gurus -now I’ve seen a True Holy Man =Sri M (I had felt extremely uncomfortable with the condescending attitude of the AOL Teachers & esp especially disheartened by the lady giving Mantra Diksha who gave me a mocking look as i inadvertently stumbled while entering Her Presence) I realised fakes usually prey on people while at a vulnerable stage in one’s life & True Gurus lift one up💐 Thank God for Sri M🙏🏼
The last question i too have the same problem... I came to 3 conclusions Its either my supressed anger... Creating a fire in my mind.. Or information over load.. Or on a greater hypochondriac scale a brain tumor. Usually within the first 30 minutes of meditation this feeling of rampaging fire After Om Namah Shivaya jaapa 30 minutes in, it simmers. And i fall into deep Samadhi which only lasts about an hour.. I cannot control that.
U wanna do ur kindaa mistakes n answers along ur path . Nobdy comes as we dont go out fr these things often n no answers come . They taught only wat they knew , they were helpless after that ( left without explanation , if thas betrayal ) . Its may b human as we all are special and thers no remedy and no 1 thing applies to all . Make ur path … Leave , come wen u r .. who told u this is constant in any situation u r in .
