irks my soul that i wanted this guy for 2 years on lakers yet the front office and fans thought we were too good for him...the entitilement is crazy.
@@mil_dre i mean kyrie was interested...the front office put out reports that they werent interested in kyrie and were focusing on "depth" 90 percent of the fans thought the same thing. i kept telling the entitled ass dudes that this guy is special, dude has proven to be a champion and shows up in big moments plus he fits the team like a glove. i dont need the excuses for front office, they had 2 years to trade for him and even last year they completley ignored him, ofcourse he is going to feel some typa way.
tbf he wanted to goto LA when he requested nets trade, but Nets owner is a hypocrite and bitch so wasnt gonna happen even if the wanted to.

Lakers offered Westbrook and picks. Joe Tsai vetoed the trade due to his dislike for Kyrie. He didn’t want to send him to his preferred destination

@@gabrielahunamba7273 we werent even willing to include christie for him...lmao nets saw through our arrogance and started hard balling us afterwards. its been the same story for multiple years now. and him coming out and saying he wanted to be a mav was after lakers front office had decided to sign back their "depth". he said something like "i wanted to finally be somewhere where i am wanted"it was clearly indicated that he didnt feel right about what was done to him by the nets and since he wanted to come to the lakers and lakers clearly didnt want him either he felt someway about it.

Hopefully upgrade on 1 or 2 of them at least with someone like Bojan Bogdonovic, Buddy Hield, Caruso or maybe a surprise player, idk if getting someone on the level of Markkanen , Siakam, Kuzma, Grant etc is realistic without trading one of their top 6.
Hardaway jr is definitely better than grant Williams are you high ??? ..but yeah I think they can add 1 more real piece and they’ll be elite but tbh they haven’t even had a chance to see what this team is capable of ..because earlier in the year Exum wasn’t playing consistently like he is now and it was a whole different look
@@Lyrunfromda214 Hardaway is a better scorer for sure but I’m thinking about the best closing lineups to put alongside Luka and Kyrie and if both of those guys are on the court at the same time Grant Williams defensive versatility is more valuable to that lineup than Hardaways scoring even though Hardaway might individually be better leading a bench unit or as a 2nd option if one of the 2 stars are resting.
But otherwise yea I’m excited to see what they can do with their full team but just at least 1 more solid rotation upgrade at forward or center.
