Likely existed, but is long gone at this point. Either that, or it's scattered across the archives of Studio Gallop, who aside from letting it be available on DVD, doesn't care about this show anymore. Even with the release of the Akazukin ChaCha N manga, they likely didn't bother reissuing the DVDs.
