I always thought once Marti got QPR out of the bottom 3 we were not going back. The key is our away form is more like a promotion chasing side since he took charge as is our defensive record. The most amazing point is we have done this without a striker at the club who can hit a cows arse with a banjo. Lyndon Dykes please have a great Euros and then a deluded Scottish side come in with a 3 million offer or maybe Millwall again and spend that money with a bit extra on 2 strikers who can accumulate 20 - 25 goals between them. Thats not each thats is a total. That would take so much pressure off the rest of the team. Watch every other team and they have players than can run onto a through ball and score. We have not got that in us because the rest if the team do not have any faith in whoever plays up front that they are capable of doing that which means every team knows crowd out our flair players and they can stop us. Which is why we can’t beat the low block.
I've suspected a couple of things for a while. 1) Huddersfield, Wednesday and QPR might regress to the mean. Hats off to Cifuentes and QPR for not doing that, but the other two have had their good runs and are now showing more like their early season form. 2) unlike a lot of people, I think the final points total required will be on the low side. Out of all these teams, a couple will run bad in the six-pointers and record less than 1 point a game from here. So I'm thinking Huddersfield and Wednesday, but it could all change again in the next round.
Birmingham fan here don’t think we will go down but we will some luck I’ve seen us going down with 1 minute of the season left and stay up so think we will just edge it
An incredible stat-----this is the first time this season that Stoke have come back to take a point having gone behind at home. It`s another reason why we`ve been so poor at home. We`re not safe yet,but WBA are in town on Sat,so 3 pts from that game would be very welcome.
You said 1-1 and I did predict that score too like. However I was very surprised how poor sheff wed where I thought they turned a corner and would show some fight. We completed controlled the game and it felt like pre season came now of their players where pressing it was literally walking pace
I think we're done Ben, not over but it feels like it. Not long been home from the game and our performance was disgusting. There's a few gaps starting to form now, some sides are starting to move clear. Saturday there needs to be a reaction, lose and it'll be the final nail in the coffin.
It is hard to call, but Sheffield Wednesday and Huddersfield can't seem to get out of the bottom three, and Plymouth are sinking, and Sunderland are lucky that they got some points on the board early doors
There will still be a shock always is. But yikes i hope you are right ben Argyle really need to stop this rut now i'm unsure how many other clubs would even carry this on. It's the first time in our history that we have failed to score at home in 5 league games on the spin. Awful! But hearing news that Foster is to leave the club with i think Warnock to take over till the end of the season.
don’t take this in a bad way at all, but do preston play like that every match or was it just a blip today? teams don’t usually make us look good but PNE looked terrible today. love the content, keep it up!
PNE are a bit random. We never know what to expect. We aren't a pretty side, lack a bit of creativity, but grind out results. To be fair, I thought Brum played well today. Pressed us really well. I've seen PNE play a lot worse and win.
Us Wednesday are down more embarrasment for the city and the fans, the players are a total shower and as my dad used to say 'A wunt pay em out in weshers'
Thanks for the compliment, the championship is a fantastic league to be in,pne always finish top half, very well established championship club.Better than being in div 1 & div 2 boring pub leagues.
Marti Cifuentes working miracles. What a turnaround URrrrrrs!
Marti Cifuentes

Oh We're the P block from shepherds bush !
thanks for giving us 3 points ben, had a great time with ub40 afterwards
Gotta applaud Rotherham, they are destined to go down but nice to see them win a game
THE BLUE AND WHITE EWOOD PARK BOYS ARE STAYING UP
Massive win for Birmingham today. Need at least 3 more wins and we will be okay!
They played really well. Didn't look like a struggling side. From a PNE fan.
Blues are staying up💙⚽️

Huddersfield sheffield wednesday and Rotherham definitely going down
Swans fan here and just come to say i hope sheffield wed stay up, after the history they made last season they more than deserve to stay up
Wednesday need to get at least 7 points from QPR, stoke & Blackburn whilst not losing at home v Norwich or West brom. Not looking good for us.
Plymouth fan here. Delighted Foster gone now. We still have hope. Good intelligent analysis Ben.
Thanks Rotherham for dragging Millwall back down 😂😂😂

1st - Leicester 102pts
2nd - Ipswich 99pts
3rd - Leeds 97pts
4th - Southampton 90pts
5th - West Brom 79pts
6th - Norwich - 74pts
7th - Coventry - 72pts
21st - Sheffield Wednesday 47pts
22nd - Plymouth 46pts
23rd - Millwall 46pts
24th - Rotherham 27pts
I think the recent bottom 3 will get relegated but Plymouth and Brum will be close to dropping

We made them look poor tbh, we were very well set up

Rotherham keeper need a bigger move he’s too good for rotherham
Those form stats at the start can't be right?
Us Wednesday are down more embarrasment for the city and the fans, the players are a total shower and as my dad used to say 'A wunt pay em out in weshers'
I thinkTown's run of bad luck will turn and a couple;e of wins will see them good once again
UTT
You're gonna have to hurry up - I'm not 100% sure you're going to even reach 50 points

Blimey Ipswich got lucky
They have been all season. Most bang average side too. Cant wait to beat them Saturday like usual. Very tinpot club.
@@mrchode3641they are not bang average at all, they play superb stuff. You can't be lucky for an entire season. Total bollocks
Ipswich Top .says it all really 👍 The Best..
