I was due on the 14th of july 1956. But my lost her mother 6 month before i was born. She was very sad due to her loss. She came for her check up on 13th and was told she had two weeks to go although due on the 14th. Went home and needed to come back as she had started labour. This was after 5.30 on 13th July. Love your question ! I have always being thinking of this Factor in BTR. I would say that in this case, to follow the standard time of each respective place. I think determining my birth time, would be nothing less than impossible. I was delieved with no signs of life, set asides, while doctors tried to save my mother. Two hours after a nurse was finally able to go take me to the morgue she found me alive and interacting with some one she could not see (Archangel Michael, who has been with me for the last 76 year plus.) If I had no signs of life then I would not have an actual birth time. But since I was revived, between when I was set asides and when the nurse returned, then at some time, I did.
