So, if an old guest who can't climb strairs up obviously would use washroom given in bedroom, in other words the owner would have to give up his bedroom to the old guest during his stay. Or else the owner has to put board outside 'guests who can't climb upstairs are not allowed to stay'...... Having no common washroom on gf is a design blunder boss.
