    We are going to Japan this coming May and we are debating if we are going to Hiroshima.
    The tour price alone is $410 per person.
    Not sure if we want to spend that much with couple is $820.
    Any recommendations?

    • @wegoeast
      @wegoeast  ปีที่แล้ว

      Ive got a few questions before i can give a full answer: how long is your trip to Japan? And how many days are you thinking of spending I'm Hiroshima? 400 for a 2 day tour is crazy expensive, but for a week then it's more reasonable, if you see where i'm coming from! While I see the attraction and convenience of a tour, you can definitely organise it on your own for cheaper and your experience will be more organic!

    • @wegoeast
      @wegoeast  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      We used our IC (ICOCA) cards to pay! The are the same as a Suica or Passmo and work all over japan (apart from parts of Hokkaido). You can top up basically everywhere and use it on trains, busses, trams, etc. The only issue is that there is an IC Chip shortage at the moment so they aren't issuing any new cards. You can download the Suica app (all japanese annoyingly) or just pay in cash which is accepted everywhere :)
