    Thanks Felicia, but how does this type of work/process scale? It seems more like you have to repeat the hunting and gethering cycle every time funds on existing projects are drying up

      Not necessarily. Remember, I say you're just one contract away. Well, once you're awarded a contract and you provide the service or product without a problem then you can start building relationships with the buyers, CO, and you can possibly get more opportunities that way. But I'd still say always be looking for more opportunities on your own as well. Want help with that we can do a bid prep call.
