I have a question as a relative noob. When the Infamous player made the run down the snake side in the first point, was that just instinct and aggression or was that planned based off some tendencies they noticed in scouting? It seemed like the best he could have realistically expected was a trade had his opponent not been looking inside.

Usually it’s instinct and IQ. You just kinda read the field and see where people are shooting and from there make the decision to get up and go.

That guy (Thomas Taylor) has such insane IQ. He's been playing in the pro division for like 20 years. He knew where the bodies on the other team were, and he knew that the only person that could shoot him while making that move was the other guy in the snake. So he puts pressure on the snake player, forces him to look inside, and then makes his move. It's all about knowing which bunkers are a threat to you and where the other team is.
