New formula :- It may be only minimum pension to OR/JCO in place of average to cut the expenditure and maximum for Commission Officers. So the highly responsible personnel get more as per existent policy of Government of India. I am feeling so bad about OROP dealing of Government of India. One of my Officer friend has got a hike (OROP-1 and OROP-2) close to Ra.50000 (including DA). And we OR and JCO could cross only a hike of Rs.5000 to 8000.

मोदी सरकार पेंसन बढ़ाये उम्मीद नहीं है। सबसे सही है नोशनल मैक्सिमम से पेंसन देना। लेकिन सरकार घुमाकर बात कर रही है। ज्यादा देगी उम्मीद कम है।
अफसरों ने मेजर और कैप्टन का टेबल सुधारने के लिए वापस भिजवाया है। जवानों की किसी ने बात नहीं की है।
ताकि ऑनरेरी रैंक का कम हो सके। वे नहीं चाहते कि किसी भी रैंक का जवान अफसरों से कम पाएं।
Pre &post must be removed for OROP, otherwise no meaning in calling it OROP. Try to fulfill the past promises as time is limited.

जय हिंद सर. On-duty 3% increment on basis pay पर होता हैं. तो retirement के बाद basic pension पर 1.5% increment सरकारने हर साल देना चाईये. यही ESM का हक हैं. इसका विचार सरकार करे.
मेरा दूसरा सवाल है कि Hony Sub Maj को OROP-3 में Sub Maj की pension के8 आशा करनी चाहिए। अगर नही, तो क्या कोर्ट केस करना उचित होगा

Average formulah is prepared by Officers because officers have been benefitted by this firmulah lakh of rupees Where's JCOs. and ORs have benefitted only small amount I.e upto 2to3 thousand only. Why this formulah adopted? Previously there is no such formulah. In 4th CPC to 7th CPC fitment factor is there. So fitment formulah should be adopted. Suppose enhancement of DA increased 3 to 4 percent. It is applicable to all. Why not fitment formulah adopted in case of OR. If a retired pensioner is less than others pension so his pension should be equlised by increasing that much amount.

Govt employee are being given only 3 MACP, there are many peoples are financially affecting, it should be increase more 4, 5, 6 & gap period be considered to reduce between one MACP to other, i.e. 8 years to 6 years or four years etc etc ....

जब मंत्रियों के पास टेबल जायेगी तो उन्हें यह स्पष्ट बताना पड़ेगा कि किस रैंक को हम कितना प्रतिशत बढ़ोतरी दे रहे हैं, ये Average शब्द कौन लाया और ये कहां से प्रकट हुआ, क्या जब OROP Policy लेटर निकला था तो क्या इसमें कहीं Average का जिक्र था। क्योंकि इसमें मनमाने ढंग से बढ़ोतरी की गई है, क्योंकि मंत्रियों को कुछ पता नहीं होता है कि टेबल किस आधार पर बनी है।
