    My 2023 fitness/wellness goal is to find balance and be comfortable maintaining!! The last few years I’ve either be trying to shred for my wedding, run a marathon, basically have all these crazy workout goals and for the first time in a while I don’t have a set goal! So trying to be comfortable with focusing on overall health ❤

    My gym closed for 5 weeks due to construction, and I began WALKING daily - 20-45 minutes and it has been the best! Even better, i take my 13 year old daughter and she takes the time to talk and open up, so it has been a blessing to do gentle workouts and also bond with my teen! God bless, and much success with the channel! Phil 4:13!

    Cute ramekins. We love chopped onions so much that I purchased a vegetable chopper from Amazon. I think the brand is Fullstar. Love it. I lost one of the small stones in my band and had no idea until I went to have my ring's regular service. Thankfully we also have ring insurance so they were able to replace the stone free of charge.

    You have so much energy as soon as you get into your gym that make me jealous but I stop feeling that way when I go in my roller blades around my neighborhood feeling I’m doing A+ exercise 😎

    I like to walk as much as I can throughout the day and be mindful of it because I have a desk job. I also make sure I include some sort of vegetable with every meal. 😊

    I'm actually starting a new job that Monday and I've been pretty inconsistent with meal prepping but I've decided to make smoothie prepping my new healthy habit to help me be successful with my new job and my healthy routine.

    I did a 4 day smoothie cleanse last week. First and last time doing that, LOL!! I try to take care of my mental health first and foremost. Gotta keep those chakras balanced! 🔴🟠🟡🟢🔵🟣⚪️

    I have started cold water plunging! As someone who hates the cold this is way outside of my comfort zone. I cannot tell you how great it has made me feel, almost like a meditation but with a double espresso. Really recommend!

      I did cryotherapy with my husband and enjoyed that. Then I started to just fill the bath up with cold water and plunge after my morning workout. Problem was I’m tall so I could either get my legs in or body but not all. Then I saw a relatively cheap plunge pool for the back garden and bought that in January. The experience is sooo different. First minute is really hard, takes your breath away, then it gets easier and is even enjoyable. It’s early so and coming into spring so the sun is coming up, birds singing. Now I just need an infra red sauna 😂

    Hi Veronica! I love your vlogs! Your vlogs encourage and motivate me to be focused and productive, not only at work but also in my fitness journey. I've always been into health and fitness but I've really decided to make a fun routine for myself at the beginning of 2022. This meant that I had to find out what works for me and it turned out that I preferred working out at home and following along to workout videos on TH-cam. I drink a Celsius for my pre workout and put on a cute exercise outfit and I have fun! I've seen a huge improvement in my motivation and this is what truly matters to me.

    Yay!! A giveaway! My healthy habit I've been focusing on is continuing to wake up and work out early even after losing my job in mid-January. It's been a rough year (holy anxiety!) BUT prioritizing movement has helped me maintain my mental health and fuel energy for my job search.

    I want my diet to reflect my workout efforts. I am consistent and disciplined in the gym but indulge just a little too much at mealtimes. I want to carry over my workout discipline to my diet!     You’ve inspired me to start working out in the morning which I have been really enjoying. It’s an adjustment but starts my day of right! A new goal for me is to drink more water throughout the day.

    I am working on consistency! I recently got back into exercise over the past year after taking time off to recover from an eating disorder. It has been challenging to adjust my thoughts around exercise, which is leading to inconsistency in my motivation to work out. Growing up in athletics, I love to move my body, and this is a new challenge that I am facing but one that I know I can overcome!

    I started this year to take my weight seriously this year. I've started to track my calories and walk 10k steps a day. Some days I don't achieve my goal but I know I'm going in the right direction.

    For recycling the Nespresso pods, you don’t have to empty them, they use the old coffee grounds for compost and stuff. You can also get a prepaid postage bag to ship to their recycling center.

    Whoop whoop! Honestly the older I get I realize the importance of walking. I’m so close to pulling the trigger to purchasing my first walking pad so that I can get more steps in instead of being so sedentary. Having analysis paralysis and just need to make a decision. 😅

    I am a cardio queen, have been for a long time, but my goal is to incorporate at least three strength workouts into my week. It's so much harder to motivate myself to focus on strength, but I'm determined to keep at it!

    I started doing Pamela Reif workouts and it helps to have a set workout schedule and it feels good to check things off :)

    I am vegan and have been working on eating the rainbow everyday (sometimes hard in the winter) and trying to incorporate more gentle movement. Also just started utilizing a standing desk at work which is helping my body so much. Would love to try the 1st phorm protein. I never have any luck with good tasting powders!

    I started drinking water, seems simple but coke was the only thing I was drinking. Also want to start doing zumba videos or walking.

    My healthy habit would be not to put pressure on me on my weight loss journey. I need to lose at least 60 pounds and I feel constantly sad and guilty for letting myself gain so much weight.
