Just about every time I come off sr the consequences are pretty brutal, and I always end up catching tons of disrespect out of nowhere. Everyone can see it, and you cant keep secrets about anything in lkfe, it always bubbles to the surface in ways we cant understand or predict. After a month on hardcore SR without any sexual thoughts, the effect is the opposite; I get respect out of nowhere. Simply undeniable that the effects are real, at least for me; I suspect that some individuals have more constitutional reserves they can expend, while others like me were struggling to catch up from the start.
Agreed. This is why I just stay with Brahmacharya. Things just work out better for me. I get more done in this state and I have lots of confidence and vitality. After I’m on it for so long I just have no sexual desires and I love this feeling. Stay busy kings👑💪🏾stay focused.
Very honest and sincere information here, from you. Thank you! So, I am aware of the SR for few years..practice it in some way, and I am sure that there ARE some truth there, definitelly. But have some questions here. You mentioned Tesla, Steve Jobs, Gandi... Grand men of our age, we know. So, you know HOW THEY LOOKED at the end of their lives? Steve Jobs... with an awfull desease, Tesla got 88 years, but, almost bone&skin last 20years oh his life, terrible lonely life and death... Gandi.. bone&skin..ugly (sorry, that is the truth)... I mean, I DO NOT LIKE the way they look, their body is NOT HEALTHY. The body which not radiate BEAUTY, cannot be healthy, cannot be spiritualy advanced either - by my opinion (I am 55, so I am with solid amount of experience and knowledge..). So, SR is NOT the FINAL and ONLY piece of the puzzle. It is VERY IMPORTANT, but it is NOT ONLY to retain, NO MATTER WHAT. Celibacy is a total BS. Total wrong...over time. Maybe as a some time interval (few years) but, like a way of life - NO, you will be punished for that TOO - like those who are missuse that energy with ejxculation many times a day or a week... So, celibacy is NOT THE WAY.. I think that THE REAL EQUATION of building sexual (life) energy is to cultivate SR, but, you gain EVEN MORE ENERGY if you have intimacy with a beautiful woman. And, not only a beautiful woman. But woman with which you HAVE established emotional/ spiritual connection, and she HAVE GENUINE DESIRE to share her feminine energy with you. That is CRUCIAL element. If she doen't desire it, and zou do not SEE IN HER EYES, DO NOT DO IT! Additional, very important elements of life are> Quality FOOD, Excersise, some spiritual practice/ developing mind/psychology... building awareness in all dimensions you can. And, building social skills to achieve genuine connections with all people, especially beautiful women. Cheers!

You’re not wrong but everyone is different. Take monks for instance they in some cases practice celibacy their whole life and live a very long vibrant life and look healthy. There’s lots of spiritual studies that say it’s better to remain unmarried and celibate but for the man who needs sex to feel complete there is marriage. Sex was meant for procreation only. Also there’s many instances in history of great love stories between a man and a woman and they never became intimate yet he or she laid down their life for the other. Sex doesn’t equal love but I’m sure you know this. If you’re not procreating then that energy should be used most times to be creating that’s also why man is here on earth.
