Response to Homeworthy video Man, this woman is 27 years old, comes from a humble background and she graciously allowed strangers in her home. She doesn’t come from a wealthy family where heirlooms are passed down like we see in so many Homeworthy videos. Have ya’ll noticed how about 90% of the people come from wealthy backgrounds where things are passed down? Pay attention, majority of them grew up in middle to super wealthy families. Listen to their backstories, etc. She worked hard to get to where she is. Yeah, it maybe not be one of the more “interesting” Homeworthy homes but to all of the haters, is your home “Homeworthy”? Did you have to leave everything behind to make a better life for yourself? Yeah, her home may not be for everyone, but seriously, get off your high horses and stop putting down people and this channel. I appreciate that Homeworthy is expanding what they show. I saw the same kind of negative comments on the Asia Jackson episode.
So much to unpack with these privileged comments. You are correct: a downside of Homeworthy is that it can be very heavy on homeowners who have had access and means most of their lives. I enjoy the folks who are featured with humble beginnings.
Daisy is the definition of “when you work hard you will see your results” she literally worked so hard to be where she is at now. I remember when I first started watching her, she was still living at her parents, now look at her, she a home owner & has accomplished so much !! She really inspires me. She’s so independent and always wanting more and never gives up!
Objectively... wished she did more with the house before coming on here because the interior is not as opulent and LA style as she assumes. It is quite cookie cutter, and no, it doesn't come off very feminine. When you look at the other homes on the other videos in the channel, you can understand why people feel that way. It looks like she hasn't finished decorating. Sorry, not sorry. I understand not hating and being happy for her, but she agreed to be on this channel and opened her home to us to see & hear her story.

Beautiful home 😍❤️!!!! Don’t listen to these mean people on the comments that have nothing nice to say! Your home is whatever you want it to be and how ever you choose to decorate it!
Too much hate in the comments. The ethos of this channel is that “every home has a story” including this one. The lady has already stated that this was a new home with no other owners beforehand and she wanted to make it more of LA so that should have been self-explanatory on the look of the house. She loves this home and it represents her so I think that’s reason enough for it to be featured on this channel. I’m happy for her. If you don’t like it, maybe you should submit your own home for consideration and let the rest of us judge you. Just show a bit more love on the comments people.
No. That's the problem with society now, everything in life isn't "nice". Including this house. If they don't want negative comments, don't post such nonsense.

Y'all are taking this too seriously! Even though this episode is not my cup of tea, we can all learn from it- what we like and dislike. Moreover, she is doing exactly what Homeworthy wants- which is promote the products in the description box. Someone, or even some of her followers will love an item and buy a strategically placed item. Homeworthy churns out so many videos that not all videos will be loved and adored by the audience. There are many other TH-cam channels for great imaginative, creative interior design.
My favorite aspect of design shows that features home owners is how they describe their homes. From describing the meaning behind their favorite pieces of furniture, or paintings, favorite nooks. I love how she talks about her family gatherings, and the importance of preserving parts of her culture and traditions.
