I only take mine off for washing and showers, pretty much. it's like having a favorite cloth wristband you wear every day. nobody would bat an eye at that. you also wear the same shoes every day for hours without washing them, and nobody cares- it really doesn't matter that much. just make sure it's not dirty and doesn't smell and you'll be fine! honestly!
Yall arent understanding. Most bras also have a THICC metal wire right under your boob. If you wash it it bends the wires and pushes them through the fabric to poke out the ends and stab your rib cage. Half the time you wash a bra you lose $40-$80 that you spent on a nice bra

The one thing about washing them too often is they might break or rip or the padding gets destroyed. Yes its overtime but its actually better to just air dry it and give it some time and wash it less frequently because MAN are bras EXPENSIVE!!! like 50 dollars for ONE sometimes (in Canada)
I started doing this a few years ago and you wouldn't think it's a stressor but knowing every time I grab a bra that it's my favorite, comfortable one relieved some sort of anxiety I never knew I had. Plus I wash them all the time because to wash it doesnt mean I will be without my fave comfy bra
I wear all of mine but I have a couple specific once that I only wear with certain outfits. One time I was washing clothes and a lady I know came over and she saw me hanging clothes to dry and I had already hung my bras she asked if that was all mine cause she said if there was an army living here. And I thought it was the normal amount because I don't wear any at night but wear in the day. I didn't have rain water as it was dry season and we have trouble with getting tap water and when I washed it was like two weeks worth of clothes 14 bras.
I have three of the same in different colours. They feel the exact same, but I only use one. I have two other ones, same, different colour but more comfortable. I only wear one of the two. The exception is when I want to dress up for my bf and I wear his favourite set lmao
