You have to download the videos onto a computer using side quest then send it to your phone because this glitch happened to me weeks ago and I have to use a computer to download my videos individually onto my phone
Jack if you want to know how to fix it I can explain. I have to do this every time to. Like this so Jack can see it Edit: IT HAS BEEN 5 MONTHSSSSSS anyway so once you sync the video you have to grab any type of laptop. Then use your charger cable to plug your laptop into the oculus. Then accsept the thingy that says allow device to access data on your oculus. I’m not sure about the next part, but I think it brings you to a oculus menu on the lap top and you can send the files of videos to your phone and then download them to your camera roll. PLEASE USE THIS ITS TRULY HELPFULLL
Usually it means you have more videos then you need, you need to go to your oculus and delete and unsinc it. That was it is for me idk what it is for you. (ONLY DELETE VIDEOS YOU DONT NEED)
FAX I hate this I once hit an insane juke but I had to do it all again and it didn’t turn out as good when I did it the first time +you can screen record you casting but it has the annoying little white record dot in the way😭 2+ if you have better internet then you can sync longer videos ( i once went to my grandparents house and I couldn’t sync anything longer than a minute or 2 )
This happened to me but i just upload them on facebook with the setting"only me" then i go into this app i found that downloads facebook posts, i paste the link to the post, and then i edit it
To fix it you need a computer if you have one you use your charging cable and plug it into the headset and computer then on the headset you click allow access to files then you go on your computer and go to files then quest 2 then the storage thing then oculus than video shots then type the date you recorded it and boom your video file

Also, another glitch is that when you go to save a video to your camera roll and you successfully do that and then you go to the next video to save it it just uploads the same video from the last thing that you uploaded to your camera to ur camera it’s so annoying
