- Our story continues with Sean and Stef making the hard decision to leave the clinical trial. This is a huge decision because it is like taking the training wheels off a bike. We are hopeful that new treatments will be catered to Sean specifically. We don't know what the future holds but we are hoping that Sean's quality of life begins to improve a bit. It was a momentous decision. We are hopeful for the future.

I really enjoy watching your cruise videos that keep popping up in my recommendations. You two are right up there with the best when it comes to making them.
My wife had colon cancer and surgery and chemo seemed endless and actually had a port for chemo pump to wear home, I still hear the sound sometimes. This is not your enemy, this is poison for cancer, stay positive and aware it drains you also but it’s your ally. That hot tub idea was wonderful and hope it helped as good as it looked! Get help from a nutritionist even a little food if chosen will help stay strong for this marathon. Best luck with the next round. My wife is celebrating 10 years cancer free this year. Many thing progressed in 10 years. Stay strong and focused each of you lean on each other or in my case I refused her quitting.

I think this is going to be a good change for you guys... Knowing that you can go back on what you have been doing is still an option is a safety net. I really hope you are able to have some better days, weeks and months ahead without the side effects that you have been going through. It feels like you are graduating from something and moving on to something better... So hoping that you are able to leave the GI issues behind you and be able to enjoy some time together.

Have no fear, you'll chose the right course of action. I feel it. And if you want to increase your quality of life, I have two words for you: "Chocolate Milkshake". Maybe you should take a week and just have 1 everyday... Nothing better. Can't remember the last time I had one myself... May have to rectify that. :-)

If the chemo brings your numbers down can they come down enough to make you cancer free? Could they then remove your pancreas and other tumors? Prayers for you to have quality of life! I am having some heath issues at the moment and I’m very afraid to find out what is going on. I want to be a fighter like you. Facing fear is the hardest thing ever. I pray you both get to spend much quality time together.
