Sir I have some confusion about transferring lien.in previous video (lien)
Explained that the govt can retain its lien up to 2 years in previous post. More ever the can be transferred only after clearance of Probation.but in this vedio telling that lien is transferred after reliving.plz explain

When you transfer from one post to another higher post then lien is transferred to the new post i.e., in joining time,no one can be appointed on the new post.
