I made those Yummy Cookies.. And they turned out to be delicious... Thank you for the recipe.. One thing to keep in mind for the viewers.. You need to keep an eye on the cookies as they can burn.. so do check them in little while.. My cookies from the last laer of idle cooker were totally burnt.. So please make sure you don't burn yours.. Good day!
Wow...I am gonna try this today....I was searching for healthy biscuits for my baby without baking powerd or soda....I will replace sugar with palm jaggery...thanks
Great...do try out the recipe. Only thing is do not add milk at first stage in batter. Add only 1 tsp if the dough is little stiff. Please refer to sub titles mentioned in video. Do share your outcome with us. I will be happy to see
Thank you so much. I am really happy you are contented with the results. Please do subscribe to our channel and stay tuned for more such interesting recipes
Madam.... Nice recipe with making natural ingredients and you have not used baking soda.... that is best achievements for you. I requesting you....please use 100% natural ingredients in your all recipies.... Thanks
I have tried ur jaggery atta cake in air frier.came out very well.atta biscuits also seems to be yummy.can we use jaggery instead of sugar or brown sugar instead of white.health conscious
I am happy you tried out our Jaggery cake recipe. Even I love this cake :) Yes for biscuits you can use jaggery or brown sugar. And you could even try making these biscuits in airfryer. Bake at 160 degrees for 10 min but do check in between Hope you have subscribed to our channel. Please do tell your friends and family about us :)
Yes it is simple but baking needs little patience. You need to preheat the cooker on medium flame for 15 min. Also do check the biscuits in between as bottom most biscuits will bake earlier than top ones. So remove those first and then continue baking
But I have only one doubt exactly how much milk and ghee we should add because I added entire half glass milk and ghee with 1 glass of wheat flour and 1/2 glass powdered sugar..dough became too soft I need to add extra flour to make it proper dough..after keeping in freezer also my dough didn’t become stiffy..it took 1 hour in idli stand. Finally after 1 hour cookies turned out so tasty . Please suggest me in which step I did mistake madam
Thank you so much Manjula. Please do try out the recipe and ensure to refer to subtitles given in the video. Also share the recipe with your friends and family.
Yes you can bake in convectional microwave. or make it in kadai as I have backed other biscuits - th-cam.com/users/edit?o=U&video_id=OF200niq5gc i would not suggest to make in steel cooker as it will get discoloured
It is a really nice recipe... I have two doubts can I replace ghee with butter or oil and what will be the temperature and time taken if we do it in an oven...
Thank you Riya for liking the recipe. Yes you may add oil or butter instead of ghee. But ensure to use melted butter and same quantity as ghee. Also do not add milk in batter else cookies will become too moist and take longer for baking . In oven try for 20 min first and then see if more baking is required
hi, i came across your channel for first time when i was searching for recipes on aata biscuit without oven. i have a very sincere suggestion. i think sweets, cakes are some items which require exact measurement. while i was waiting for you to give some measurements, i only heard you say half a cup or 1 cup. meaures will differ in everyone's home. and for example, even if you add a little or more butter, it could spoil the recipe completely. so i would suggest you to edit or add some more details on the exact measurements you took to get the "n" number of biscuits. if you could suggest accurate measurements, it will help us viewers to get an idea of how many biscuits we could prepare with a certain measurement. and if you have suggestion to increase the quantity, then you could give measurements for the same. please do not take this as a negative comment, but if you could adapt this suggestion, am sure you would also personally improve and users may also appreciate your precision. otherwise i really liked your cute way of talking, which is why I wanted to suggest this. i hope you take it in right stride.
I really appreciate your suggestion and I completely agree to it. Exact measurements will be helpful to many, however some ask for cup measurements , as in normal households it is easier to use cup rather than measuring the ingredients. But going forward I will mention both cup as well as ml/gm measurements which will make things easier for all. I hope that will work best!! What do you think?? It will certainly make a difference to the viewers watching my videos. Thank you so much for taking out time to write to us and sharing your views with us. It certainly helps us understand viewpoints and eventually help us grow :)
Hi, thank you so much for taking my suggestion so positively ! Yes, if it is not much of a time-taking process, if you mention gms/ml as well as in cups, I think it makes a huge difference. I have noticed this in case of sweets and pastries especially. I have myself tried making some food items and have tried to increase the quantity, say, butter, just because I randomly felt, but it turned out to be a disaster !! If only I had stuck to the measurements given in the recipe, but curiosity killed the cat ! :-D I even noticed some comments on another video made by another TH-camr, and even in that video, measurements were given in cups, but gms/ml was told approximately, instead of accurate measurements. And I think that was one of the reasons why it must have failed for the viewers who may have tried that TH-camr's recipe. And as I said, your presentation and way of talking is very pleasant. So maintain your strengths ! Wish you all success and hope to see more from you too :-) I am yet to see your other videos....wil do when I get time, so that I can understand what you are good at, and may even ask you something as a viewer's request :-D
Marvelous job, well done for the efforts. I think this is what I am searching for, i.e. something made out of Wheat flour, and guess what; I have got it. Thanks for sharing this great video. Good luck for your future endeavors.
Thank you so much for your comments. Do try out the recipe. Only take care not to add milk at first stage. Add only 1 tsp, if required. Stay tuned, try out more of my recipes, and do tell your friends about my channel too... Thanks again.

very nice recipe... and its healthy too. I ll surely try this. I wanted to know how to bake the same in oven as I have microwave oven. how much time is required for baking. and can the same recipe be made without milk. if yes then what should I use instead of milk.
Thank you for your comments Seema :) You should try this once. I have realized that there is no need to add milk in this recipe. If you think you need to add little moisture to the dough, then add only 1 tsp milk, otherwise no need to add milk at all. Also in oven, bake on convectional mode at 160 degrees for 20 min. But do check in between. Hey don't forget to subscribe to our channel and do tell your friends and family about us :)
Sorry for my late reply. Prolonged use of pressure cooker with salt might damage it. So it is always better to keep a separate cooker for baking purposes. I have kept separate cooker for making idli and cakes.

Superrr...... nd Is it compulsory to put the roll in silver rapper ND refrigerator...bcz I don't have refrigerator in my home.. if it is the case wt should I do
It is not compulsory to keep in fridge. you can keep the log for resting for half an hour at room temp at cool place. then bake it also do not add milk while making batter
Thank you so much...Do try it out...it tastes really nice. In oven bake for 20 min And please do subscribe to our channel to stay tuned for more interesting recipes :)

Yes you can store the remaining dough in fridge. But you will need to balance out the 2 plates on something sot hat you are bale to bake atleast few cookies at one go, else it will take a lot of time to bake the whole bunch.
Hi mam, I made cookies in airfryer, it was really very yummy, but only one problem I had they were soft from inside and were not crunchy. Can you help me in this matter

Rice flour biscuits is a good idea. But I think you will need to add half rice flour and half wheat flour as only rice flour biscuits might get too hard after baking. You can try making it and also let me know how it turns out

Hi, that looks simple and easy to make. I doubt if you've mentioned for how many minuets should the pressure cooker be pre-heated before baking ?

the salted used should not be used for cooking but you can resuse the salt for baking purposes. Also preheat the cooker for 20-25 in at lowest flame.
are they crunchy?
