That's kind of a blocker tbh. Even for personal projects, use GitHub Actions a lot! I have an old desktop as a homelab, too, so I could self-host a rad runner and seed, but what about people without that? Could they host a runner in the background using Docker?
@@NatoBoram yea you can run it in docker and then use AWS, GCP, etc. Or a web3 solution like Akash (web3 market place for compute). Would be like $5 - 10 a month for reasonable specs
There's so many things that could go wrong with this (data integrity, privacy, accidental pushes, etc). Just host your own git server, git is already decentralized.
Biggest issue is lack of CI. We need a git clone that allows for self hosted runners similar to Github.
