Pressure makes diamonds. Grant's performance on this show is proof that much of success is about how you roll with the punches and bounce back from adversity. You only lose when you QUIT!
I love how he explains that there is nothing wrong with you and you should not label yourself. The real world is tough and there is no time to get depressed or sad, you just need to figure it out and pivot! Love Uncle G!
I agree, but I would not have mentioned PTSD not being real. These guys who have been to war have seen things we can't even imagine; watching their best friends die and get blown to pieces, etc.
Uncle G I love to hear you say what I was thinking. " This really connected you with what the everyday family goes through" I know you went through it years ago when building your empire, but just like someone who's built and lot a business, built and lost years of sobriety..sometimes a reminder helps humble us and remind us what it's like out there, and maybe help us pivot back to our purpose. You said what I was thinking you were feeling, what I was feeling watching you after the southwest motors deal flopped. Thanks for everything man, PROUD 6 yr member of Cardone Capitol!
What he is saying about mental illness is huge! People look at me funny for not giving excuses in regards to my PTSD, Anxiety, or Depression. Like any other obstacle you see it, address it, and move forward so you can WIN! But do not for a second let it hold you back, "ain't nobody got time for that".
*_No time for excuses!_* FULL SPEED ahead... Opportunity does not loiter. I've had dyslexia my entire life and already have had 3 successful careers, and 3 Amazon category bestsellers. 😎♥✝🇺🇸💯
i saw first 7mins or so and i just got hit by it......loved it.....i dont care if real or not, but thats how in real world goes thats enough juice for me......weldone....
Can you imagine how these business owners must feel once they realize they could have had Grant Cardone personally consulting for their businesses? That would cost them $10’s of thousands if not more as Grant vs. Louis.
@ the 23:11 mark …I felt that in the depths of my soul. I haven’t even done it once yet. But because of this show, “learn from it? Fuck a fuck a learn from it bro, I gotta put a deal on the books” …
“How does another group come after me and scoop this deal up” im in sales and never related so much!!!!!! I did all the work just for someone else to come and scoop smh
It's hard when you have money. It's impossible when you don't! WOW! I ask myself why did he even take this risk on but this episode explains it all! Way to go Uncle G! COMMITMENT!
So what happens when you leave the show what happens to the business deal just walk away from it who get it do they still get their money I mean does it still keep going on who’s gonna be running it who’s gonna do all that who are you leaving it who’s hands
If you ever read this, Grant (unlikely) you will be mad. But maybe one day you will realize it's true. You moved the goalposts so much in this series and bitched about Discovery (which I bet was trash because every network is but still) and used that as a crutch. First it was 10m, then it wasn't. Then it was cool you sold their car (lol) which did nothing. Then you bitched about literally everything bad that happened to you that made you look bad (literally the point of the show). Obviously you are savy and good at talking to people. Obviously. But watching this series it was almost impossible to like you. Which I guess isn't the point. It's to make money, which doesn't require you to be likeable. But Jesus man. Absolutely 0 humility. All the blame on outside sources, which were mostly out of your control, but still. I'm trying to be fair, but if achieving the American Dream is essentially just being a Con-man and to blame your losses on other people, who would want any part of that? I'm not even anti capitalist. I'm really really not. It's the only system that has ever brought people out of poverty. But this entire series seemed like a cartoonish representation of what would happen if you use car salesman tactics in a small town you didn't grow up in and then got mad anytime the same tactics didn't go your way. You can view this as a hater comment. That's fine. I don't actually hate you. I'm a nobody and you're absurdly rich. You know what works and I don't, obviously. I'm not claiming to be at all better than you. But god damn man. I saw an ad on X and got hooked in to the series. Then episode after episode it just seemed like excuse after excuse and I stopped buying it. Still an incredible accomplishment. But I Feel like if you didn't have a state of the art film crew following you around to create legitimacy most of the people in the show would not have worked with you at all let alone be nice to you based on your behaviour and personality. Regards, Random internet loser
I appreciate your detailed feedback. Sometimes, the methods and mindset required to achieve high levels of success can appear abrasive or unorthodox, especially in a highly edited TV series. By the way, you're only a loser if you call yourself one! I'm pretty sure you're not, so let's change that 💪 Thanks again for sharing your thoughts!
@@10XStudios wasn't expecting a response at all, thank you. abrasive is the right word. Maybe that's just how business guys talk though, I'm out of my element. I just work on pipes. It was more the complaining. Which I would have been doing a ton of in your shoes, lol. But it doesn't feel particularly on brand. I think that pin points my grievance better than the above slop does. Someone who mentors people on wealth and success I would imagine would direct blame inwards naturally (which you did several times "this is all on me") but I think you let your frustration with discovery cramp your style in a big way. Maybe I should have put myself in Grant's shoes before being an internet Karen.
Didn’t you say you was a vegan why did I see you eating bacon and I don’t know what type of bacon I’m pretty sure it wasn’t pork where do you get vegan bacon and egg and what is it made from that’s Vegan bacon is probably nasty does it vegan don’t eat no animal vegetarian eat like seafood egg they just don’t eat meat or you a vegan or a vegetarian
The way Uncle G bounces back from lost opportunity, so inspiring!
No doubt! Thank you for watching!

The real interesting lesson thanks a lot for lessons that I have to apply .

Your words mean a lot to us. Thank you for being part of the Cardone Capitol family for 6 years!
I just Liszt about 200k deal so it’s ok keep doing good work 😂
I don’t understand how anyone would commit to paying some random guy $5,000/mo without seeing ANY previous work or credentials….
EXPLAIN
How cool would that shit be to have the opportunity to learn and work with Grant Cardone! The look on those to young faces were so naïve.
Let's go!!!!!
💯💯💯
this episode might have the best advice in the whole show
21:19

21:01 I reckon the guys he pitched to went behind his back and took the deal…

Don't knock mental illness, it's a racket for some other poor hustler.....

29:58 red car was like "WHAAAT"
Can you imagine how these business owners must feel once they realize they could have had Grant Cardone personally consulting for their businesses? That would cost them $10’s of thousands if not more as Grant vs. Louis.
Its all about shifting focus!
This is so good man 🦸🏽♂️
I ain't got time to worry when I got so much to do to become successful
Luis and Mat bewitched that guy for 60k deal, he looked lost😂
@ the 23:11 mark …I felt that in the depths of my soul. I haven’t even done it once yet. But because of this show, “learn from it? Fuck a fuck a learn from it bro, I gotta put a deal on the books” …
Strive excellence
23:24 you need to be hard on yourself and demand best version of yourself
21:02 this one hits hard
Someone from Discovery probably called a friend and told them to jump on it - screwing Grant in the end.
“How does another group come after me and scoop this deal up” im in sales and never related so much!!!!!! I did all the work just for someone else to come and scoop smh
Barbershop guys talked to football player and cut you out most likely.
5:59 Quality and cheesy beats quality everytime
he said quantity in the first sentence not quality
You need to arrest this guy!
Matt could have made that 60k deal himself... its his familiarity with the broker that secured the deal 😂
You lost those guys when you reffered to their town as a Pueblo.
It's hard when you have money. It's impossible when you don't! WOW! I ask myself why did he even take this risk on but this episode explains it all! Way to go Uncle G! COMMITMENT!
