the orange cream is likely what’s known as a color corrector! it is used as a base to neutralize green tones- perhaps in a tattoo an artist wants to cover up, or maybe dark circles under eyes, or even a bruise- before being covered up by concealer or foundation!
it may also be a creme blush, as orange can look better on certain skin-tones, versus pink or red!
