I have followed your steps to create the listing, now it takes me to: Send to Amazon screen. Do I need to check the quantity, or just bypass this part altogether. I understand I am not printing SKU or sending anything as it’s already there. Will the inactive listing match up automatically with the stranded item? Thanks 🙏

Hi, I have stranded inventory saying convert your items into FBA. But the problem is when i convert the items into FBA after an hour it again changes into FBM and starts appearing into stranded inventory. Kindly guide me how to sort this issue.
I have some stranded inventory and surpressed inventory that all require either receipts or letters from the manufacture. This kind of sucks because you don't know that until you send it to amazon (I use Accelerlist so they get 'approval' for me). What can I do with these items? Other items that require approval you just click request and it's verified on the spot.
If you can provide the document immediately then it will be better. There are sellers who ship back their items and resubmit it when they already have the document.

It was fine for two weeks and starting to make consistent daily sales and then an internal error occured and it said no description submitted but required. Amazon then suppressed The listing. A description already existed and updating didn't work. Created a case and was told it was an internal error. I was told to create an inventory file and to delete my listing and wait 24 hours before resubmitting listing/ file. Inventory now is stranded. So frustrated but hopefully this fixes the problem. Have you ever encountered an issue like this?
Hi i had problems with a listing so i deleted the product from seller central. before i listed it it was stranded inventory now there is no product there but the stranded inventory is still the same do i delete this or get amazon help to do it.

They are currently in process of receiving Inventory units for full in customer out bounds, units of the ASIN will be in stranded for about 14 days from the first ship date, later that the unit might move to Available Inventory. This is the reason your unit were in Inventory error status. what does this mean

I took the product research assessment. I was having issue with the amazonuk calculator. I follow the instructions on yhe demo to use the continue as a guest however when l calculate product it's not giving me an answer and asking me to sign in. I tried reloading the page many times but still asking me to sign in first. That's why l was not able to continue My assessment. Is it possible to retake the exam and do you have any calculator options l can use?
Hey, yes you can retake it. However, you need to learn the Amazon revenue calculator since this is the official calculator Amazon offers for heir platform.

I haven't been able to provide the Docs required because I don't really know where to get it from. So, I created removal requests for my inventory, both stranded and blocked. I do wholesale and that is where I got stuck in limbo. I plan to start Private Label for for my stranded inventory and the blocked listing and have it sold there via Private Label. Will I get back my inventory from Amazon and do you think what I have planned will be the right way to get back on track? Please provide your tips. I am very frustrated over what has happened to me. May I know the stranded reason, for blocked listing? Because the possibilites are Account Health issues or suddenly ASIN become gated. Now our advice is to email and request to supplier the required documents. Example documents include invoices, test reports, manuals, certifications, and regulatory approvals. If the supplier is unable to provide you with the document/s needed then you have to create removal. Yes, since you created removal, all units will be returned to you. You can monitor the returned units via Report - Fulfillment - Removals - Removal Order Detail. Then, just modify the event date to the date you created the removal.

I was just launching a christmas product, arrived like 7 days ago, listing complete. Just started to take off and I get my inventory stranded... Listing says there are no batteries in the box, but the product uses an AAA battery BUT they still have to check if there is a battery inside the box. WTF Amazon... I contacted them and they asked for a battery exemption sheet, but its 4 days to do the investigation.... FUCK

I would raise a case with Amazon seller central and ask them, quoting the ASIN and SKU.

Hi mate, I think you need to get ungated (qualification) in it first and then you can create, otherwise ship it back home with a removal order
