"Black" Pearl Jam, 1991 (It is Pearl Jam's turn)

Hello Musical Friends and Family,
After doing the Nickelback week, I was like I miss me some 90's grunge. So, I would like to go back in time to the 90's the next couple of days (Depending on the songs) I wanted Pearl Jam to be next. This song though is not only heart wrenching, but it just immaculate till this day. This gem is called "Black" From Pearl Jam's album 'Ten' the album was released in 1991. The song originated as an instrumental demo under the name "E Ballad" that was written by guitarist Stone Gossard in 1990. But it was singer Eddie Vedder who wrote lyrics to the song and later changed the name to "Black". Eddie quoted about the lyrics "It's about first relationships. The song is about letting go" and after learning about the story about his first and ex wife, musician Beth Liebling and their relationship, I thought this will hurt. Now reading the lyrics to this song, I thought 'Man, no wonder this song is truly amazing', and still holds a spot in our hearts till this day; It moves you.
I shared this song first because I can relate to this song a lot.. Long story.
Thank you, Pearl Jam! For giving us this gem that will be cherished by many for years to come.
