I know of Hairplay Spa in OKC,Scratcher Girls in Miami, and Friends with ASMR (not sure the name of her business, just her account) in California all are ASMR spas Bought my sister an ASMR treatment with Japanese headspace at Hairplay in OKC and she loved it!

I hope you are doing ok. I’ve been where you are. I’m now doing better. DBT therapy helped me a lot as did giving myself permission to break away from toxic family members. Take care of yourself. Keep hanging on. ❤
