That year of 2005, Akshay did two films on cancer in which in the movie Waqt his father's character was a cancer victim and in Dosti he himself played a cancer victim.
I was 14 jab maine yeh film dekhi thi on Zee Cinema, and unn dino main kaafi zyada disturbed bhi rehti thi due to some reason, Akshay's death scene was very disturbing but I feel it was bit overacted and could be shot better like the film Kal Ho Na Ho or Minnaram.
Though this film made me think about the physical and mental plight of cancer victims and I wanted to support them let's see in future main aisa kar paaun halaki I am a struggling filmmaker not a doctor.❤😁
