Great vid! I did a testing stream for him and LC last night and I honestly think I'm gonna take both of them up. Pretty solid buffs for BGs all around.
I am really enjoying this series. Nightcrawler is a lot more consistent now. You mentioned that he can dex Photon's specials in pure light. I can confirm this does work, as well as Heimdall's special 2, and probably the Serpent's specials, too. I have also noticed that Nightcrawler doesnt rely on either buffs or debuffs. This will let him handle a lot of shrug champs/nodes and buff punishing champs/nodes. If you turn dex off, he can still dodge the specials and he will not gain any buffs (unless the node/champ puts them on you). Overall, I am loving the buff and plan to rank 5 and ascend him.
Love this video. Thanks Vega! Totally agree on his sig. I took him to r5a for BG. Lots of folks telling me a 6* is a waste with the 7* coming, but the sig is sooo important!
Hey Vega! Love the vid. I had him Ascended sig 200 pre-buff and have a minor annoyance with the buff. I would say im a little disappointed that his damage is behind special attacks now, thats a change which i find a little disheartening. In my vid i showcase an Ascended Nick Fury going down in 60 seconds, with the first health going down in 28secs. I used 1 special attack in that 60secs. Changing the damage source from Furies to prowess puts a special wall up for the damage now. The damage is more consistent, and it is better for medium-long fights, but the pre-buff version did outpace the buffed version in shorter matchups. Its more the play-style has actually changed now there’s dependency on special attacks. Anyways if you wanna see some ROL pre-buff ascended Nightcrawler gameplay its in the same video at the end
I took mine to r4 accended before the buff announcements I love his character so much he's always been my favorite xman I will definitely be using my magika 4-5 gem on him

I think the 7* will be better than the 6* especially if players can get night Crawler between sig 40 and sig 80 I think he'll be better then the 6* I'm personally going for the 7* and duping him once or twice
I really wish they wouldn’t have made a champion that really wants max sig as the saga chase prize. As soon as i saw and tested this buff i already am not very excited to get him as a 7 star which kind of puts a damper on the whole saga thing. Yes, there are tons of other great rewards in saga’s which i’m looking forward to but it was presented like 7 star nc was the grand prize and now i’m just not excited about it..
his sig ability is bugged i think. it’s supposed out of 100% of his prowess, not 1%

In rol i tried dexing ws sp2 with him but got hit so why are people saying that he can dex all attacks?

Also also hint hint wink wink, he counters the Dodge This! Node in Necropolis once you turn off dexterity, in the same way Invisible Women does
I think he is going to be really good now, I also heard that his evade mechanic works well against the serpent
His sig seems bugged (or typed incorrectly), his synergies aren’t updated, his gambit relic effects aren’t updated, but he still seems awesome!
NC was one of my first five stars and I never ever used him. The bigger problem is I pulled him three years ago 😢😂😂
