I grew up in gang territory but never been branded. I would always make friends with the local gang because they would protect you if you lived in their hood. MC's protect their neighborhood too. The difference is that gangs are unorganized.

That's the main difference. Both are criminals, gangs just aren't hiding it. You wouldn't believe how many criminals that never even sat on bicycle, not to mention motorcycle, and are ridding with Hells Angels or Mongols. A lot of them. 1%s are just gangs on two wheels, nothing more than that. And as for military structure and sit downs, that wasn't taken from military, it was taken from mafia. Exactly the same structure and exactly the same rules. First generation of bikers were generally vets, but today, military has nothing to do with mc's.

Never had any encounters with street gangs, but through the years I have known quite a few bikers. One of the big differences between the two, it sounds like to me, is a simple matter of discipline. Street gangs tend to lack a certain discipline that MC, or even organized crime groups like the Mafia have. With that discipline comes a different set of standards, and priorities. As always a pleasure watching, and God Bless. #ghostin

First let me say I love the page bro. Been following both this page and Demonsrow since the beginning. The knowledge you give to the masses is just about spot on. My background, been in the MC community since 2000, been in a club since 2006. Pops was founder of the first Black and Latino MC in Yonkers NY back in 1976. I been around 1’s and 99’s my entire life. My question to you is what makes a C.O. Not qualified in your eyes to be in a 1% club? Police I get it, I’m not a fan either. I’ve been beat by and had lawsuits against police in my county. As for C.O.’s there’s a big difference. C.O.’s aren’t locking anybody up and chasing nobody in the streets. Now I get it, you have those few sucker C.O.‘s that hide behind the badge and do shit behind the wall they wouldn’t do in the streets but truth be told if you ask any police officer about C.O.’s, they will talk down on them. I’ve been locked up a few times, been in a gang from 14-mid 20’s and when I turned 30 got a job at the same jail I was locked up in to be a youth mentor for the minors. The same way you have undercover cops in clubs,, you can have someone from any profession in a club and there for the wrong reasons or when shit get thick they ready to tell. I believe that goes for everybody. As a Former Blood, person who was picked up in a gang indictment, person that was picked up by them “boys” and stayed solid and kept his mouth shut, and a person that also calmed down but took a job as a C.O. to help the ones that remind me of our generation growing, I have to say I disagree with pointing the finger at C.O.’s. Keep up the great work, the culture needs it and you are a blessing to the communities worldwide💪🏾 @demonsrow @sosetheghost

Male sibling was a good guy. Then my son went down here in Mich. You know how information easy to acquire in the system. Well embellished stories are one thing ,,,But when you hear the real shit,,,,
I kinda knew ,, Didn't want to accept. How can you last in a job like that for 22 yrs.
Join the masses. I don't want to put all C.O.'s in a bad circle.
It rips my heart that my blood would totally take advantage of the men who have no
VOICE because they are in a Super Max Prison in Ionia Mich. Too many are wrongfully convicted. Then you get killed or severely injured by a
C.O. Then he turned on me. Older male sibling from Oregon decided to fuck with me cause I was on paper taking care of mom. He got C.O. sib on board with plan to destroy me. Literally destroy. Wanted me away from mom cause I am straight up truth teller.
So first Older one started moving mom's money around. He was on papers with me.to take care of mom

From outside looking in with gangs I see they don’t care who is around when they settle a beef. 1% like the family’s will make sure no by standards are hurt. 1% like the family’s will not target family members. Gangs will target family members. Gangs mark up their surroundings where clubs will not. I always wondered did 1%er base a lot of the structure around the family the ranks how things are done are very similar.

I grew up in Queens, 80’s 90’s. I got down all over the 5 boros. Seen it and heard it all. I’ve been involved in something organized..most will turn on you for their own benefit. I’m about true brotherhood and camaraderie, I only ever found that real in few. I think many of us from that street era are always in search of that real street honor family “code”. Very few have it, Very few know it. It’s simple you won’t always get out what you put in, its better to be able to read people and know what they can offer, place them in your life accordingly. bottom line, you gotta give to get in everything. Stay up Sose, God’s blessings.

Are they really your brothers if ( you can say there is no illegal activity all you want but if there was you wouldn’t or couldn’t say that’s the life anyway) would your brothers ask you to do something knowing it’s gonna affect you life negatively or anything negatively ? Why can you just be a regular dude in a mc that you don’t gotta worry about guys asking you to do shit your not about? I like your content I like watching all this and I get it to some extent but coming from a guy that’s was in the army my brothers would never have me do shit that’s gonna impact me in a bad way and would still always be there to fight with me if it came down to it..those are brothers and like I said you can tell everyone it’s not how it’s portrayed but evidence is evidence and there is plenty on every single club that doesn’t mean everyone in the club is a criminal but you guys are not just regular guys like us it’s just facts.. I would say keep it real but I know you can’t speak on none of that so maybe just don’t say it’s not as everyone makes it out to be cause it’s pretty much that

    # GHO⚡TIN!! I was patched for 5 yrs doesn't matter what club in the end I left because the trust and loyalty was gone. You don't need a patch to tell you who your brothers and family are. In the club world the man you call brother today may be the one to end you the next. No regrets of those 5 years wouldn't trade them for anything until the disappointing end..Side thank you for being real and telling it how it is people don't always like that and well tough shit! You always have a place to crash if your ever in PHX AZ! May not be the Biltmore but the offers always there!! KEEP GHO⚡TIN! Can't wait for my ring to get here! Been a week since I ordered it yes I'm counting like a kid waiting on Xmas!!

i've had friends in gangs, but i never joined. i do know about gang culture. its not for me. mc i never been in. i personally shy away from any major commitment to others, because i lack faith in others. military combat veterans i feel different about. them i will commit to especially marines. marines i trust without question.
i don't view situations on what i have to gain near as much as what i have to lose and the way i size up those i'm supposed to trust is by how much they have to lose. the more a person a has to lose the less you can trust them. i've gone on rides with MC's. not 1% mc's. just regular clubs. i see the way they do things. they bring their families. wives and kids follow along. to me that's a clear sign they cannot be trusted. a successful man with everything going right for himself is not going to take a risk for me or anyone else. should something ever go down they will be the first to take off running.
i see things in a very strange way that a lot of people don't understand. the more a person has to lose the less you can trust him. the one with nothing to lose - that one you can bet is down for his homes.

I can't say i've been in your world because i have not, i have no clue what goes on in the gangs, and i agree with you that i'm sure the structure is different, but as i have said to you before, i started in an AMA club, then went to a Factory club, and i held on to both the AMA and the Factory, but was not Active, then i got a job as a Bouncer for one of the big 4 clubs and a titty bar they owned and i was attracted to the lifestyle and honestly had they ever asked i would have become a hang-around and prospect, but my Navy Career (i was a gate guard/navy police) kept them from asking (got that from the national president who was a mentor to me and i respected him totally) and because of that later in life i became part of some support clubs that didn't have an issue with my background, but because of it, i could never step up above the support club, 11 years i was with support clubs (i say Clubs because i worked for Harley-Davidson and job required me to move a few times and a support club in SC might not be in Mass or NH, the issue i had was the support clubs were the WORST we were like slaves to the 1% clubs above us and we had ZERO Brotherhood because everyone was trying to step over everyone to step up to the parent club, but when i was in that world, i saw a lot of things and i will not dispute what you saw as a difference, but to me if you are defending territory with violence you're a gang, if you are threatening people over patches that do not violate your copyrights you are a gang, if you are making coin via stealing motorcycles, pimping women, selling drugs etc you are a gang, the differences you see i understand, but in my eyes and a lot of the eyes of the public they don't see the deep details that are different not ever having been where you have been, so real or imagined the perception is the same, and that's the issue the perception !!

Gho⚡️tin! This was a dope ass video Bro, you think clubs do more sit downs because the numbers? I know some charters are deep but some have like 10 members you act wild and more than half your charter gets locked then it'll probably fold and certain sets might be 40 deep and not care cause it's easier to join a gang and more people do it? I feel you though definitely wouldn't be something I'd wanna do, fuck a sit down in those situations lol

You talked about The Bronx back in the 80's. Had a cousin lived out by Bronx Park back in the late 70's and 80's. Used to ride the Red from 59th to 219th. Mom used to hate it when Id go by myself. I never thought it was bad back then it was just normal. Now, I look back from old news casts and people talking about the past and like damn I can't believe I did that at 9 & 10yo.

Yeah, I came up in the streets bangin (never dropped my flag but I did step out on good terms and still kick it with Folks regular). But I spent time with some 1%ers after bumping up against some scumbag wannabe Nazi bikers.
Never wanted to get up with em cause I don't even ride like that, I'm just an outside homie to some patched cats. Still tight with a few and know some that's still mad active, but a lot are back where I used to stay so I lost touch.
The way they move is totally different from what I was used to in the streets. The organization I joined is nation wide and in a lotta places multiracial, cliqued with a bunch of other Nations under an umbrella that's sadly fallen apart some through the years (better behind the wall, but still) and in some places still locked in with Crip decks.
I came along as the structure nationally and in a lotta local spots was really falling apart and in a lotta sections it ain't much more kids with no guidance to speak of in back and forth murder beef with the sons of their parent's friends the next block over that used to rock the same flag or be cliqued up tight with. It's sad. I know families who's kids killed eachother that go back generations and married in and all that.
But the MC world is definitely more structured and better at weeding out weak links before it ever becomes a problem. The streets just ain't like that anymore.

Gangs are people whom pool their strength as a group... A "1%er" (as in "1%" of "100%") is an AMA label assigned to motorcycle and/or riding clubs or individuals who _do not_ "go with the regular flow of society", or whatever is mandated as "The Norm" by society... Although they are not, 1%ers are often referred to as "outlaws" as a result...
