I went for the Husqvarna 535LK pro combi, it's a bit pricey but worth every penny. I've absolutely hammered it this last year and no issues at all! Admittedly the hedgecutter attachment doesn't articulate as much as the Stihl but the extra power makes up for it when using a clearing saw, mulching blade & pole pruner!

Good choice - I used a km130 for about 5 years, the km94 is lighter and less temperamental! Just bought one, after several people recommended it for the same reasons you did. Grest video, keep them coming! 👍
Good choice, the km94 got plenty of power. I bought it last year and it pretty much replaced my older km130. Nothing but problems with the 4mix, wish they made a larger 2 stroke version.

my purchase this year was an ego set and ladders, I wanted something lighter as the bigger kombi engines after a while kilt your arms. I have used the km94, a client has one, I was really surprised at the weight difference. Oh and yeah I can confirm I have had nothing but issues with the km131r I have 2 and both have an issue starting, the one which was less than a year old has had to have a new carb. keep up the good work and stay safe The kilted gardener

Agreed. I have the both. The husqvarna xtorq engine is much more powerful.

The bar on the handle is for when using as a brush cutter with a blade on, it stops the blade bouncing back on you as the little bar hits your thigh.
Yep its called a Barrier Bar and considered essential safety for you Leg/s

Should have looked at the battery stihl gear. I was nervous at first but they are awesome!
I have two KM131R and a KM94 if I have to do hedges I always grab the 94, just the perfect balance of weight and power
2stroke you cant go rong, there lighter too, good choice👌
I run the 94 now used to have the 130 didnt have much trouble with it just loads heavier and when your actually using it theres no diference in power
what you think of Varible speed dial it lightest 4kg other 2 are 111 & 131 are 4mix that KM94 Operate all attachments
I never use the speed dial. I would say km94 for hedge trimming and string trimming or km111/131 when using pole pruner and edger that needs torque.
Did you look at the battery cutters or were you set on petrol.
Are you not tempted to switch to battery?
