The electrify chance is guaranteed, but the tool tip on that upgrade mentioned that effects can hit multiple times if over 100% chance and just add an additional stack for each 100%.
If you're having issues with the stage 1 boss look for the blood trails on the floor. These are usually found near the starting point. Follow the trail to find something that will help you.
Burn and Electrify are capped at 20 stacks each, or 500 and 2000 damage respectively if I remember correctly (unless that's changed in a recent update). The stun area for attack speed trade off for lightning is a really good trade off, once you evolve it to electrify stunning whole screens of mobs die off (most mobs handle 1-2 ticks, or up to 3-4 ticks in later levels). Transfiction is a really good weapon to have on any build, as it applies fragility and weakening and one other curse depending on evolution (increases damage on both regular and DOT effects), and opens up the False blessing trait, which allows most attacks to apply fragility and weakening. Those debuffs increase your damage several fold. Transfiction overall is also just a really good weapon, both in terms of damage and its debuff ability boosting other weapons.
There is a easy way to kill the final boss -- Near the start, find the blood trail, then follow it to the pile of bones. Finish the event, and you get purple gem. This will disable the timer on the final boss.
It's different now. The boss no longer has a timer, it might have much more HP, and becomes more aggro over time. But that secret now halves the HP of the boss.
Absolute fire video! (Pun intended) I am playing the game myself, so thanks for the reccomendation! The Cleric is my favourite character, he demolishes the final boss of the first stage, the... whatever that is. But the second stage boss was a nightmare with the balls he summons, since they split the damage the cleric's main attack does. Took me like 15 minutes. Anyway, I know this is an "old" video, but keep up the good work, you're absolutely one of my favourite content creators!
how so? its only like 4 extra levels, the amount of exp needed grows exponentially, better to bring something that adds 50% or more dmg, unless you'd like to RNG pray for a better amulett before the final boss.
@@chibbiChibb I'll have to test it. My subjective experience was that the Jade Amulet absolutely skyrocketed my leveling. Even if the total isn't that much higher, the early boost might still be worth it. However, I have also completed most of the quests. Assuming the +exp from the quests is additive with the Jade Amulet's +exp, it may be less useful overall than when I first equipped it.
I just unlocked the last (maybe?) character a couple days ago, which required 10k kills on the 3rd stage. It's a great character, honestly. As it stands now, the 3rd stage final boss is the only one I haven't beaten. Love the game, love the option to create specific builds with the equipment. Exterminator can be turned into a CRAZY god of death with the right gear loadout.

the Cleric absolutely shatters the end boss in this level. because his single target damage is ridiculous. his main weapon doesnt crit, but by the end it hits for like 2k 3 times, and shoots very fast. so not even counting your other damage, you hit him for like 12k every 2 seconds. plus all the other damage by the end, you're hitting him like 24k every 2 seconds lol. just smashing

What happened after 20:33, you killed a boss who dropped a "ticket" or whatever the yellow thing is called, but the next cut you seemed to have picked it up without showing which upgrade you chose?
You can get a ring that makes your main attack fire and apply burn (it has +burn %, so it should also work on Exterminator, I think)*... and another ring that makes your main attack lightning and apply electrocute. I used them on Exterminator, and it seemed to work stupidly well. *Well, you already have that ring.

As an fyi the boss doesn't have the 40 second death timer anymore, he has a new mechanic now.

You need an ability to lvl 3 to evolve it, then 6 to evolve it a second time.
How do you have lightning strike at level 1? What am I missing?
