I listened to this meditation last night. My tf opened his heart to me a very next morning and we discussed things through. He has got a severe childhood wounds . So we decided to be separated and focus on ourselves

woke up off today and I was able to release some emotions, I cried and felt like bursting into tears I’m not sure if I’m suppose to keep breathing through them but I released and did.. I feel much better my heart doesn’t ache as much.
