    Clearly explains the battle of forms. Nothing split my head more than this. One quick question: Is the 1o day rejection rule an interpretation of "reasonable time" in the Section 207 (1) and (2)(c) and (6)? The 10 day rejection rule is more concise and precise. What is its source?

    Best 2-207 explanation I have heard. Only thing.. I don’t see a 10 day period for acceptance/rejection for additional terms in my contracts class material. But this was great!

      I believe he is taking the 10-day period from 2-201(2). Statute of frauds is satisfied between two merchants if the party receives the contract, has reason to know of its contents, and does not object to its contents within 10 days after it is received.
