Ignatian Contemplation

An introduction to Imaginative or 'Ignatian' Contemplation. A form of prayer using stories from Scripture. The idea is to imagine you are in the story. The video gives and introduction then a workshop. You might find it helpful to pause the video to give you time to imagine the story more fully.
