man that thumbnail reminds me why I hate playing any class with a dress/skirt/cloak... they can't animate it (and often don't) so it ends up clipping through everything (mounts, back items, casting animations, etc)...
ROM SEA server is 4 yrs old now, and if your playing since day 1, a veteran 40% depo is low 4 yrs is 48 months , every month is 1% depo gacha headgear and 1% depo gacha costumes so that should be 96% on avearage but there also alot of event that gives % depo most of them are from bcc boxes , highest i seen so far in sea is 137% whale , so 40% for a 4 year veteran is low depo.
they're clown for saying that.. so they can feel better at the money they've wasted in-game.. 40% is not low no matter how much to look at it.. no F2P will have 40% depo the game is designed to be like that.. bunch of nabs creating a false video about "low depo"

Depend on ur stat, if u already got 180 IGN def without armor, u can go phy atk%

I think about 400+, u need to move around not stay same place coz sometimes there bug no dmg deal but no miss if u atk and stay on same spot
