Those Concords taking off made my day. What a fantastic display of model planes, just amazing every one of them.
That was a treat for my eyes! Great craftsmanship and excellent flying at a windy field.
I did not know Peter Michel had passed. My condolences to his family.
I really liked that full flight of the first airliner. I would be terrified to fly something that big in front of that many people..

I love that you pulled the “E-Brake” before the cones. It’s a good thing you make quality landing gear!
Spoilers wouldve helped a little bit anyway, however a go around wouldve been the right option as he was almost out of runway anyway and was way too fast (nose gear touched first)

There's something about actual mini turbine engines that gives me goosebumps. Crazy how much they sound like the full scale thing, while the electrics sound like a hair dryer.

I saw you mention those new batteries, those tattu batteries have been great for me. I’ve had mine for 3 years and never storage charged them. They still hold a 100% charge and the cells remain perfectly balanced

Yep, agreed. 🙂It's nice to see some of the 'old-school' schemes with their slender nose-to-tail coach lines and elegant lettering. So many modern liveries seem to have been designed on the same computer software - big areas of colour with huge, plain graphics. They look a little clumsy to me.
Some look as though they've been coloured in by a child with wax crayons. 🤭 The older liveries from the late 1950s to 1980s look so sophisticated in comparison.

Mir fällt auf: viele bauen echt schöne Modelle, doch wirklich gut fliegen, das können nur wenige. Bevor der Shitstorm gleich wieder losgeht, ich fliege selbst seit 30 Jahren RC und war auch in der manntragenden Fliegerei aktiv. Schöne Grüße!
Das es auch besonders gut geht, sieht man ja an Robert Sixt, der bekanntlich genial Heli fliegt😎…bei dem ein oder anderen fällt auf, dass kaum Seite im Kurvenflug gegeben wird und das geht garnicht 🤔
@@helischorsch9786 das mit dem Seitenruder im Kurvenflug gebe ich dir völlig recht. Beim Modell sollte man es machen, sonst sieht der Kurvenflug nicht schön aus. Echte Airliner fliegt man tatsächlich ohne Seitenruder. Hier werden dafür die Spoiler einseitig eingesetzt, welche das Moment um die Hochachse erzeugen. Noch ergänzend ist zu sagen, dass hier im Video auch der Wind etwas rupft, was es natürlich schwieriger macht, schön zu fliegen. Doch mit etwas mehr Gefühl am Knüppel geht das dann doch nochmal teilweise schöner. Gerade die Landungen sind katastrophal. Nicht nur speziell in diesem Video.

Great video! Between a grass runway and an asphalt one, which would you rather be using? I feel that grass runway puts unecessary strain on undercarriage.

Exactly! This should be an obsession for RC builders to get as much close as possible to scale 's speed and attitude, in my opinion.
Lighter, hydrogen inside, cambered foils (cannot be to scale exactly most of the time anyway )
An other important detail to me is engine's noise (beautiful Transall sounding like chainsaw :(.. At least make rpm changes smooth as much as possible.
Even if high speed is often exciting, like the Pilatus with blue livery edelweiss was awesome!
And whatever I am always happy about Ramy's jet flights cause we followed the building, his flying skills improving too. A whole adventure.
08:35 Ramy's A350 final approach is close to perfection with 0.5x. Then also, the taxiing is much more realistic.. And that gives a lot. Taxiing smoothly is less dependent on air viscosity.. A bit by grass thickness but it shall be manageable! ;)
@@soliv27 Helium airliners do exist, you can see them here on youtube. They do fly "to scale" but in the end they are just basically balloons not models and can fly indoors only because even smallest gust of wind will throw them around like tornado. So your obsession is being hampered by this thing called "laws of physics" - light model is verry susceptible to wind - that's why very few people do it.
@@randomnickifyIn between sir! check my playlist " R/C Heavy & Maquette " in the end before several heli videos there is 4 outdoor light aircrafts, very realistic, one with helium just for help it does not float without speed, it's a plane.

Cones on a runway?? 🤷♂️🤦♂️ Hope the damage wasn’t too serious! Reminds me of an accident we had here in New Zealand a few years back. Someone left a cherry picker / mobile high reach lift on the grass runway at an air show and a Yak-3 collided with it on landing 🤨
