In the show he is shown to be a pretty subpar hand wise, he deals with most threats just by lasering them in half. I expect him to play like a brute with good zoning

It seems like NRS puts more effort into dlc guest characters than their own characters but tremor looks like he is gonna replace all the sareena users
I thought the same thing even though I can't complain too much because they listened to the fans a lot in this game, I felt like Omni-man had more creative fatality and moves then most of the NRS characters 😅

After playing with him for like 40 mins now the weaving attacks stance is dope for sure especially if you know there about to try a string but and low attack can immediately take you ot of it. So if your close up be careful. Make sire you do it either in the air or for away or in the middle of a string

You could casually do 50-70% with most combinations if done right. Even if it doesn't seem the characters don't fit you could figure out a way
So to answer your question, balancing is gonna be a fucking mess until the game dies.

You overestimate the unskilled scum😂Tremor will be used a lot for the first month or 2 but only the skilled will keep using him very consistently as the years go by
For me I like to pair my fighters and Kameos based off of who they would most likely team up with. Like Sub-zero it would be the Lin Kuei members (Sub-Zero, Cyrax, Sektor, Frost). So I tend to change who I play as a lot because of that and I don't have a main (I have a favorite which is Reptile)

Omni Man comes from a f*cking planet of warriors. Did the creators of MK not do any research on him?! He is supposed to know a LOT about fighting including martial arts. For them to say “he’s not a martial artist” and “there’s not a lot of finesse” is absurd asf.
Yea but I watch the show he’s just never really doing any sort of kung fu or over the top moves bro really just throws people or punches them really hard or squeezes their heads or something savage like their not saying he can’t fight their saying he’s a hard hitting bruiser that’s kinda clunky sometimes

They weren't wrong though,,....Omni-Man is in fact not a martial artist. Like you said Omni-Man comes from a planet of warriors. Omni-Man isn't going to fight like a martial artist, he is going to fight like a warrior, martial artists and warriors fight different from one another.
Did YOU watch the show or read the comics💀Omni-Man knows hand to hand combat not martial arts. He's so powerful he literally doesn't need to "fight" in the traditional sense hence making him a heavy brawler get the fight over in one punch type of character.

The way it’s being used nowadays is for a different use entirely. Omni Man is a warrior from Viltrum. A planet that LITERALLY enforces their laws through warrior status and how skilled they are through finding out who the strongest martial artists are. Even if he doesn’t have to use his martial arts skills because humans are no where near as powerful as a Viltrumite, he’s still a skilled martial artist because he’s one of the toughest Viltrumites alive, and I’ll tell you right now: he didn’t earn it by flailing around.
