If someone has banned you from a channel/group, they should be the ones to unban you. There's not much we can do about it. I'd recommend you communicating this to the channel/group owner directly.
@@tgmembership he agreed to unban me ,but there is no such a function called "unban a user" that's why I'm asking you,I couldn't find it too.
