Beeseetootay becomes Veeseetootay, and then you break those sounds down and figure out how you'd spell them. So Vicitute. And if you know Guillermo says D sounds as T sounds, you can get Vicitude, which is closeish to Vicissitude.

He's going to end up one of those rare people who contribute something worthwhile, and do it all with the happiness that he respects our human condition.
