Hotel Hacienda San Antonio El Puente began as a sugar mill in the 18th century, later it served as a producer of cane alcohol until the middle of the last century.
In 2005, it was acquired by Fiesta Americana, who with a great vision managed to restore it and provide it with the necessary infrastructure to serve all those customers who, for commercial or pleasure reasons, wish to live the experience of "The Spirit of an Epoch "
The Hacienda San Antonio El Puente hotel offers 60 rooms elegantly decorated in a Mexican colonial style, all categories have the option of 1 King size bed or 2 double beds. These rooms are divided into 4 categories; 1 Master Suite, 8 Junior Suites, 10 De Luxe Rooms and 41 Superior rooms.

Just 15 minutes from Cuernavaca is a beautiful 18th century hacienda, perfectly cared for, which provides relaxation and rest among nature.
Before becoming a hotel; the place was used for the production of sugar, the owners were Don Ramón Portillo Gómez and his wife Doña Dolores Sollano de Portillo. With success, Don Ramón dedicated himself to transforming the land of the hacienda to achieve better planting, becoming one of the largest producers of sugarcane and after brandy.
In 1909 an Executive decree forced the owners to make a statement of their assets in order to update the appraisals. The Bridge, which at that time belonged to Doña María Portillo de Díez de Sollano by inheritance from her father in 1900, had 1,609 hectares of land, 146 head of cattle, 257 of tame mule and 96 horses.
At the end of the Revolution and to carry out the agrarian distribution in this hacienda, which at that time already had 3,716 hectares, it was taken for the ejidos of Xochitepec, Alpuyeca, El Puente, Atlacholoaya and Xoxocotla, the helmet was left with a remnant of 42 hectares.
In the sixties, the garden became a subdivision, which borders the highway to Acapulco, with the idea that the town was going to be the "clubhouse", which was never the case, later becoming a popular spa with the name from “Real del Puente”.
Today it is an elegant hacienda that has 7 gardens that coexist in balance with the architecture; two restaurants, one serving Mexican food and the other for tasting national and international dishes; 88 colonial-style rooms, a bar to enjoy national and international drinks with a characteristic atmosphere of the canteens of yesteryear and a terrace exclusively for groups.

Muy bonito 100% recomendado ahí fue cuartel de zapata hay túneles por debajo de la Hacienda, ademas ahí se filmó la película de los gavilanes con Pedro Infante.

Ah p a nosotros c paisanos y dueños de nuestra historia nos cobran c turista internacional . Eso tampoco debe de ser, porque está prohibida la entrada de acuerdo a nuestros recursos y las vemos c si fuera q estuvieran en un aparador.
