It is a lot easier, quicker and neater if you put all the food on half the tinfoil then pull the other half over the top so the two halves meet one one side. You then roll the edges as you would if it were on top. To open you simply slit the packet down the middle and you have a easy neat serving bowl.
Hi I’m sorry about that, I’m not sure why the carrots didn’t cook through. I just made this recipe recently and they were tender. Glad you were able to fix it though!

I made these twice the second time I made sure my carrots were thin. They won’t be done enough for me even the mini carrots are thick!!
