How do you prevent side to side movement of the wheel while spinning

The cones have set screws in them. I just mount the wheel, push the cones into the bearings, then tighten the set screw down on the rod!

Who needs to spend 99 bucks on a wheel balancing stand when you have 99 grand worth of tools to build your own.
