You keep being you Elif! Change is most definitely difficult as you so eloquently stated "Pain of loss > Joy of gain." It seems to be in our nature to resist change but as humans we adapt when we have to. My personal experience with change has been overwhelmingly positive looking back. Sending positive vibes your way and hoping for an amazing and blessed experience with the "change" that you are encountering at present. BTW you have such a wonderful sense of humor also! 😁

Change is difficult for sure. Your methods are very sounds in my opinion. Planning for change makes it easier for me. I also plan for things to not go as planned about 15% of the time. It's more manageable for me that way. 😆

It's only that low because of my planning for as many variables as possible. I run 50-100 simulations in my head. That's not an exaggeration. Lol
