Even after searching, POE isn't even listed for trading on any other exchange, & has CMC ranking of 5600. Lovely is ranked around 750 in CMC & has a total market cap of 17 million $. I feel their asset values in USD terms are highly inflated, bcoz with almost no demand & liquidity for tatti coins like Poe & Lovely, there's no way they'll be able to sell them for 13.8m & 11.7m $

No individual should bear the legal charges from their own pocket when he has no authority to collect 100 crores for any reason. He should cover his own legal battles with his own funds. He is offering withdrawals in INR, but is this process genuinely effective, or is it just for show? He is charging fees for withdrawals, which he should not be doing. For people whose crypto assets are in INR, he should provide the option to withdraw without any charges and pay them with interest. He seems incapable of managing even minor details and is trying to present himself as an entrepreneur. His attitude of blaming others and not spending any of his own money is evident. Therefore, people should not be influenced by any updates. Instead, they should file a lawsuit against him in NCLAT to recover their balances, along with INTEREST.
