All of our Fanvil X3SG phones are broken. When I connect the power, two indicators are on (L1 and L2) and nothing else happens. Nobody can help me. We have a big call center and have stopped using Fanvil products.
@Kritaluk Kritalukkul i finally found out with 3cx that you have to go to web ui of the phone, then go to configuration then clear all the config then reboot the phone ( the reboot is done automatically after setting reset) then, phone pincode 123 is working again

This does not work for X3SG, no conf reset appears on screen
