Chaos! The Evil Goku’s universe is in chaos from his destructive rampage in Other World.
In Hell, Supreme Kai and Goku stand face to face with Solresri, The Eternal Dragon of Other World. While waiting for Goku’s final wish to be granted, a mention from Supreme Kai about the Savior of the Universe, Majin Buu has intrigued Goku to seek out this ancient challenge and put his newly acquired training from North Kai, to the test.
After learning that Majin Buu resides in the Realm of Generations, Goku is now hunting for the location of Buu. If awakened, Buu potentially has the power to defeat Goku and bring peace back to the universe...

Actually, now that I made my comment on the possible history of Savage Goku by comparing him to Evil Goku, I now realize why Evil Goku chose the words he did.
Old Man: "By killing me, you will awaken Majin Buu. He will set the universe back into balance. And he will also kill you."
Evil Goku: "Hmph. Don't be so sure."
Evil Goku already knows about the universal law of evil winning over good in his universe. He knew that, by remaining the evil he is, universal law should dicate his victory over Majin Buu. And those were the words he chose to mock the old man with, for believing that a being of good would win in a universe that brings an end to good.

This comment is worthy of being pinned. During this point in time before his wishes, he had just figured out everything you stated. Now that he is waiting for his third with to be complete, everything you said is valid as he knows in some level he will win. Very good analysis 👍🏻

Rewatching this for the billionth time and I just can't stop appreciating the detail of Evil Goku taking Majin Buu's cape for himself.
A keepsake, or trophy rather, that Evil Goku wears as a reminder that he was solely responsible for stomping out the last hope his universe had of stopping him.

All the jokes about the fem majin aside, I love what you did and it makes perfect sense. Seeing as this Evil Goku world is some form of reverse to Goku's, Majin Buu would naturally be a being of love and benevolence over one of anger and destruction. I am a little bit confused on the transformation though, mainly on the gender change, but I can shrug it off. Felt like the concept of the strong older brother coming to save his sibling, except internalized.
Very clever stuff, 10/10 great animations.

Kinshin Ikari In one of those old Dragonball encyclopedia books, if a saiyan is in a super life or death situation they have a tiny chance to regrow their tail only if they haven’t surpassed the power level of the form without transforming to it. Which is how Gohan was able to turn Oozaru against Vegeta even though Piccolo cut his tail off before training him for when Vegeta and Nappa arrive.

The design for both forms I think was pretty brilliant and I think you handled him a lot better than the show did back in the day and even now. You’ve really out done yourself my man. I didn't really explain it all that well in the PDF document. But she is opposite of Chi-chi. So instead of being angry all the time and whatnot, she's actually completely innocent and carefree. I have an animation planned with her in the future... When ever that will be :)

@Thundra Mationz hard to say in all honesty but it is confirmed that his universe timelines only has ssj1-ssj4 forms and red doesnt want evil goku to have God forms either way
