    I have flat nails myself and I wear the kiss nails with flexi fit technology and they work beautifully. The nails are flexible and flatten out enough to fit my nails well.

    Super excited about this review! I love Static nails too. I also love Chillhouse! There aren’t a big variety but they have super cute designs!

      I've been eyeing Chillhouse! LMK if you try these and how they compare to those!

    I am so glad I found your video! I was debating getting the static nails but you swayed me- two sets for $10 with the O&J is a steal! Fortunately I do have more curved nail beds so I'll chance it- and your nails looked so good! I'm convinced.

    Thank you, I've been looking for thick, durable press ons, similar to Kiss Acrylics.

    I can't use Static or Kiss nails because they just aren't curved enough for my nails. OPI has been working for me, but I am excited to try Olive and June because they're the only extra short nails I've seen.

    I agree! I have been using Clutch nails, which I like, but the Olive and June nails feel stronger and look better by the end of the week.

    Thanks for your nail content! I’m very new to glue on nails and I’d love a video on how you store all the leftover nails!

      I toss them haha

      I always keep the packaging while I’m wearing that set in case one breaks… and after I remove them I toss them.

    I have a friend who swears gel polish is the best polish but who also hates the damage it causes her natural nails. She says that she buys glue on nails and paints them with gel polish and uv sets them and she gets a really durable nail without causing her natural nails damage. I wonder if after the first use when the design starts getting ratty you might get a second or third use out of your reusable nails by simply painting them. Certainly it would save a bit of money. Also you could customize the colors exactly as you want.

    I would suggest watching olive and June’s video about picking sizes because they explain what to do if you have flatter nail beds. If they hurt, you’re picking the wrong size.

    • @LaurenErro
      @LaurenErro  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Oh please link it! That would be helpful. I followed the fit guidelines on the instructions but I don’t see how it could be any different Unless they want you to file them down? I’d love to watch!

    Do you prefer the nail strips or the glue on nails? I always have trouble with my hair in the shower getting caught behind the nails with glue ons.

    In another video you didn’t like static remover or to pass on it for nail polish remover but in this one u said it worked well. Do you recommend it for nail removal? I’m on the fence

    • @LaurenErro
      @LaurenErro  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I like the static to remove nails bc you apply it to the cuticle and underside and it helps loosen them. Not for nail polish though

    Will these ruin your natural nails if worn continually? Years ago I wore nails for a year and when I quit my nails were soft for a long time. Any recommendations for wearing nails long term?

      Be sure to take regular breaks to let your nails breath.

    I love the olive and June designs but yeah they hurt my fingers too much. Such a shame. I feel like glamnetic and static are more comfortable

      They seem to have changed their design and they don’t hurt! Although now the ends chip a little on me. I like to use them with static glue and they last the longest

      @@LaurenErro I cannot believe they stayed on me for 18 days! The short almond are kind of long. I am not sure if it is the glue or the nails but I got so many compliments! ) I'm a hairstylist so my hands are in water a lot. Normally press on nails stay on for 2 day...s if that before one pops off. I just pit on a different brand but used the nailest glue 2 days ago to test if it is the brand or the glue that worked so well.

    Static nails just don't have enough options for small nails beds. There are only two little ones. It's ridiculous!

    One thing to know about the Olive & June nail glue- if you are allergic to silicone, then be aware because I used it & my nails started to burn due to my allergy to silicone ~ the glue has silicone. Ouch! 🥲
