The four members of aespa have been appointed the brand ambassadors for Givenchy!
On February 10, SM Entertainment shared that aespa was selected as the 2021 brand ambassador of French luxury brand Givenchy. They will feature in collections and key lines by Matthew M. Williams, the creative director of Givenchy.
aespa is the first K-pop artist to be a brand ambassador for Givenchy. It is also unusual in the fashion world for a group, and not an individual member, to become the face of a brand. This proves the influence of global super rookie aespa.
Matthew M. Williams said, “When I first saw aespa, I was overwhelmed by the energy each member had. I felt that as a group and individually, Karina, Giselle, Winter, and Ningning have strong individuality and style that naturally fit with Givenchy. aespa’s fashion is having their own color.”
aespa commented, “We’re extremely happy to work with Matthew, the new creative director of Givenchy. Since we are joining Givenchy’s new chapter, we will try to show various aspects and activities.”

But I disagree that having a beat drop is the reason why a song is successful..Hmmm old classic songs dont have beat drop but still loved up to this days. A clear example of which is Girls Generations' INTO THE NEW WORLD. Bigbang's HARUHARU, Super Junior's NO OTHER and so much more. Nowadays songs are full of beats and drop that yes its fun when its new but it gets boring as time goes by. We still love a song with a meaning and someone is singing in the chorus than just beatdrops. The reason why Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, Beyonce and other famous artist still does classics 🤷🏼♀️
